Srsly, j4, you should start hitting the gym, eating more fruits and vegetables, and limit masturbation to 1/day; a healthy and active body promotes the production of chemicals that fight depression, stress, and gives you more energy to do said things.

Cuz cutting is icky. Ekim has a point tho. Since again back to school and being in gym I've been alot happier. You should go for a run or do some anerobics(push ups, sit ups,and what not)

i dont hit up the gym, but i do get my friuts and veggies. to be honest i actually do masterbate once a day (wow, first time i actually admit that) and i got for walks and.or ogs in the evening. i also do pushups and sit ups like every other day. o amseriously starting to think ihave a maor chemcal imbalance or something.no matter what i do i still feel like sh**. i should see a doctor or something.

no matter what happens, if you love someone, anyone, you have to stick together, whether it is family or friends. and i do know that friends usually more of a family than most real families are. my roommate is in the military, he talks about that a lot (but he is also a VERY family oriented guy, so yeah) and he is like the big brother i never had.
