This one is such a rip off.  Did you notice that the creator totally got confused at the end about who was casting spells?  He had Thief going on about Mordenkainen's Magical Watchdog, but it was supposed to be Black Mage. ~.~

TM.... A friend of mine and I are having a Debate over what one was the origional. The 8bit ver, or the one you posted. Could you please correct us and why. He is strong in his opinion, but I knew you would have the knowledge to correct the issue...

The one I posted came first.  It was made in 2000 using real-time rendered characters from the PS2/PC games Summoner and Red Faction as a promotion for those games.  The audio is actually a sketch by an improvisational comedy troupe called "The Dead Alewives," and is used with their (paid for) permission in the "Summoner Geeks" video.  The "8-bit D&D" video was made in 2006 by Saber Wing and Pyro Wolf at Cybermoon Studios.
