Send back the negative ad campaign slicks...

I am changing my handle today.  Gone is Electrolass.  Viva Needa B Free.

Manna for the Hungry of Spirit
I have a helpful suggestion for anyone who received the hateful "protect marriage" post card in the mail this week.  Send it back.  Write a comment on it in black marker if you feel so inclined and send it back.  It will be .39 cents well spent.  To save postage, get together with some like minded friends and combine the hateful postcards into one envelope.  Send a message.  If you visit the website listed on this website and follow the links, you will find that this woman has a whole rant going on against a broad range of topics. Let's not engage her insanity.  Just tell her we don't appreciate or want her hate mail.  As a matter of fact, exercise your love of Christ, and write "I love you, and I will pray for you."

Another point to ponderl, Jesse at Alaskans Together estimates that those hate cards cost about $40,000.00.  Who signed the check to put this together?  Is it our usual antagonist at the local Babtist Temple?  Who could afford such a price tag?  Alaskans Together could never even think about sending out similar mailers.  We need to look ahead to after the vote.  Whether we win or lose, this issue will not simply go away, and the gay community needs to be ready to go to the next step.  We need to educate our beloved enemies in the public in any way we can.  We need to love them with knowledge.  We need to believe that they can change their minds.  The gay dilema is the classic catch 22 situtation:  it is dangerous to come out because we are not protected, but we cannot get protection until we are willing to come out and let the world know who we are.
