Meier & Elena

Setting: Taking place in a haunted Mansion..The time era is before modern times. Late in evening. After sending their enemy Christophe Delemonte to his grave, they return to make sure his body was gone, along with any trace of his exsistants.

                                 Chapter One:

“Man your days are numbered” Meier’s voice boomed, his right wrist flicking the match over the small box it came in. Instantly the match came to life in his hands. His right boot rested firmly on the corpse’s chest. Without a mere hestation, he let the match fall, landing ontop of the corpse lighting it in flames. The flames themselves mild, yet a strange blue and purplish color. His old fashioned clothing burning into ash, being whisked away by the deafening breeze that swooped from the nearby open door. In the doorway itself, leaning up against the doorframe stood Elena Delemonte. The corpses daughter, who because of her, had Meier kill the man. Meier was in great service to her, both because of her love for him, and because of his skills.
Kicking the side of the left-over burned fleshy body, watching as it rolled out of his sight. Meier was very pleased with himself. Judgeing by Elena’s disgusted look at her fathers dead corpse, he believed he did a good job. Returning to elenas side, leaning on the other half of the doorway. Her eyes watching his, blue versus grey. There was a silent pause between the two, as the annoying thumping of the body rolled its way straight into the bottom half of a piano.
“Hmpf” Meier finally spoke, moving his right hand into his coat pocket, digging out a pack of ciggerates, taking one of the cylinder objects to his lips and lighting it. Lowering his hands, the cigerate in his right hand, breathing out the smoke straight at Elena. The white smoke brushing against her face like a slow motion cloud. Meier watched as it illuminated her eyes, showing the true beauty of her face, or so he believed. It wasnt until her face scrunched together and shot forward sneezing did she ruin the moment.
When he returned the cigerate in his mouth she kicked off the wall taking it out of his mouth. “Do you really have to smoke?” she asks moving outside. Meier growls looking at her with a slight evil glare “women..” he whispers “YES I DO!!” with that he walked after her. “Oh..oopps..” he mumbles, turning around throwing a match at the door.
A few seconds later, the small match lit the dry grass on the edge of the house on fire, causing the wood and the rest of the house on fire. The two leaving on horse back towards the rocky hills. Elena riding with pure elegance, while Meier struggled behind her, trying to smoke and hang on the reigns at the same time.
