Now this is a moron.

I'm showing you this story to tell you another one. This guy reminds me of a defendant I ran into when I worked for the DA's office. I am not allowed to give names as far as I am concerned so we will just call him John. This guy was so well known for being a psychotic fucking idiot, I was speaking to a lawyer about the case and I wasn't using names, just "the defendant." and the lawyer, who didn't even have his case, knew who he was. This asshat in the article is stupid as hell. State laws don't affect him, cause he lives in himself, and is a sovereign nation? What in the hell? That is a freaking moron. But John is a completely blathering idiot. Charles Manson would tell John he needs help.

He stated on record, as he went pro se, which he has to do cause no lawyer will represent him, that the prosecution was satanic. He was arrested for three counts of false information given to an officer of the peace. He said that the only reason he was being arrested was because the prosecution is getting its orders directly from Satan, and John was to be punished for his undying devotion to God, and that the court proceeding was nothing more than a satanic black mass. He said the reason he gave the fake info was to throw the dogs of Lucifer off his scent, and when that didn't work he pretended to be one of them to get them to go away. Let me see, if I recall right, first he said he was one of the presidents, JFK I think, then one of their superior officers, then said he didn't have to answer cause he is God's personal messenger.

His entire defense was the fact that the Prosecution was a dark and horrible entity, out for his blood. Then when the judge said he was a fucking moron, he filed a motion for a new judge. This guy is notorious in this state's courts. He's been giving himself stupid defense in almost one case a year for the last 20+. AND HAS NEVER WON. Know what the previous case I mentioned was for? He was initially pulled over because he had a taillight out.
