City likely to see first official snow tonight
The Weather Service is calling for today's rain, already turning to snow at higher elevations, to freeze into light snow tonight, when temperatures dip. About an inch is expected in town, and up to 3 inches on the Hillside.


HAY GUYS WE MIGHT GET SNOW TONIGHT!

Ya I don't really think we will. I think it will freeze before it snows.

Nah, they were going to drop some snow, but then decided to wait because of our late night...activities...last night.  I think they're probably busy coloring the snow lime green right now....

You can choke it...

No seriously if you mean like jerky it, then yes, you can jerky most anything if you do it right. If you mean smoked chicken as in cooking it in a smoke house, then yes, you can do that too, but you have to be very careful or you'll make it taste like sh**. Stick it in a smoker rack (Or bbq grill if you want) with indirect heat (means don't have the coals directly below it) at about 225-250 degrees. Make sure you baste it every half hour till it reaches an internal temp (as all cooked chicken should be) of 160-165 degrees (That's the temp in the breast) Thighs are a little higher, like 175-180 I believe. Should take like 3 or 4 hours if you do it properly.
