Gay Catholics in D.C. ...
« on: 2010, March 04, 06:38:48 pm »
So recently, Washington D.C. joined the few states that allow gay marriage, but apparently it seems that Catholic Charities isn't too fond of that decision.  In response to the legalization of gay marriage, they decided to stop handling adoptions, so they would not have to let gay couples adopt children from them, and they also removed all spousal rights to its employees, to avoid giving benefits to same-sex partners.

What do you all think about this?

You know I think that would be a better idea to be done "in suport" of gay rights. VS. Against it.
Glad to be of Service.
