Open Ended Questions
« on: 2010, March 19, 11:44:51 am »
It has struck my brain the simularities and power of the open ended question. It is used in everywere from Family maters, to business practices, to schools and teachings, and in science. They are questions that you can not give a yes or no answer to. You can give short answers to them, even just one word answers, but those answers always inspire more questions.

So I started thinking about them more, and how they reflect and work. I settled with a few strong questions, then started defining them, then went from sentences, to paragraphs to now a full blown paper on them.

So I figured I will ask everyone here the questions and see what comes back from it. They all start with the 6 basic information gathering words. Of these only 3 are Key. They are the top three. The rest can are more follow up questions, to help define and focus three.

So through my desire to write this paper, I figured it would be fun to ask everyone the questions the paper is focused around and see what they have to say.

Who are you?
What do you want?
Why Are you here?
Where are you going?
How are you going to get there?
Why are you doing it?
When are you going to get there?
Do you have anything worth living for?
