Did your bill from a month or so ago (I think for the month of May) not mention the change to the Fair Usage Policy?   I went back and looked at our old bills, on one of the pages it actually does say they're changing things, unfortunately.

I don't get paper statements, it's just more to throw away. I get ebill, and not one email said anything about changing sh**. So they can still kiss my ass.
