Landover Baptist Creation Scientist, Dr. Fred Neiman, announced findings related to his research into the female soul early this week. "The absence of either salvation or condemnation for women finds extensive support in the Word of God." He reported. "Jesus said that the sole reason God created women in the first place was to provide company and service to men (1 Corinthians 11:9), God determined that men would be lonely living alone, so he created women purely to keep men company and serve their needs (Genesis 2:18-22). Women are therefore completely subordinate to men (1 Corinthians 11:3). It stands to reason, though, that once men enter the Kingdom of Heaven, they will be one with God, and will no longer be lonely and in need of mortal companionship. Thus, the reason behind having women will no longer exist. Women, like the members of the animal kingdom, will fall by the wayside."

Dr. Neiman went on to say that, "once men reunite with their maker, they will no longer be burdened with the care of women. After all, women were inferior creations from the start. Women are fond of self-indulgence (Isaiah 32:9-11). They are silly and easily led into error (2 Timothy 3:6). They are subtle and deceitful (Proverbs 7:10; Ecclesiastes 7:26). They are zealous in promoting superstition and idolatry (Jeremiah 7:18; Ezekiel 13:17, 23). And they are active in instigating to iniquity (Numbers 31:15-16; 1 Kings 21:25; Nehemiah 13:26). It was the inherent weakness of women that led them to be deceived by Satan (Genesis 3:1-6; 2 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Timothy 2:14). Consequently, women were cursed from the start (Genesis 3:16). There is simply no room in heaven for such flawed and inadequate beings."

Pastor Deacon Fred warned the congregation that there was no reason to be alarmed. "Dr. Neiman's conclusions still need to be formalized," he assured. "I am certain that our team of religious experts will find some way around these Scriptures."  Some of the women present were visibly shaken by the report. A teary eyed Sister Taffy Crockett said through choked sobs, "I've heard of colored women not having souls... but me? NO!  This is outrageous!"

Pastor did have some comforting words for the ladies of Landover. "I personally want to assure all female members of this church that until we examine Dr. Neiman's research to our complete satisfaction, consider yourselves saved."

I would like to point out that I dont believe this personaly but I did want to show it to others. You can see here how much religious view points can change simply off on one book that we all go to for guidance, advice, and reasurance of our lord and saviours plan for us.

So I beg you all. Please use common sense when you read the Bible and do ask God for Guidance in todays time.

No. I do believe in the Bible, but also am firmly aware that people can twist it how ever they see fit. And though from that persepective that kinda...almost...ok it doesnt even make sense from there point of view. LOL.

I do Believe that a women should be the caregiver and stay at home, and all that. Its there role, not only in nature but in Gods point of view.

Now there are some that have steped out of that role for what ever reason, and I can understand time and place. But when it comes back down to it, the women should still be the care giver.

Now I am sure I just irrated alot of women here, and for that I did not mean. I am just stating my thoughts on the matter. Please dont be to harsh with your replies.

read genesis from the beginning: In God's image God created them, male and female. God looked on all that had been made and it was good. Genesis 1: 26 - 31.

Everything after that was because both the man and the woman sinned. Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit. In my opinion- any man who tries to ue the Bible to justify woman as second class citizens is full of rubbish.

The sad thing is that many people believe what Landover Baptist teach.

But really, another reason is it's hard for me to read, and I've tried. How many times was it translated, anyway? I'm sure something got mixed up somewhere.

Normaly I would smite the down...but I like people...There is no sense smiting some one just cause they ask for it...takes all the fun out of it.

The thing is, the smiting takes place when you die. Cosmically humans don't live very long, why should God go out of his way just to smite one more person? Letting St. Peter kick you into hell once you die saves effort all around.

Also it helps to test the faithful to have some naysayers about. See if they're really ready for heaven.

Cats aren't God.  Cats don't even think they're God.  Some might, but two of Rosa's cats, Dinger and Teddy Bear, have beeen really sweet and lazy and not at all like the stereotypical stuck-up, egotistical cats who look down on humans.  I really don't think cats are very like that at all.  As for her other cat, Lois, she may think she's a princess, but not God.
