Just registered a minute ago. I've never been more active in organized religion than I am in MCC- I feel welcomed and at home there. I've looked at Buddhism, Wicca, Catholicism, and other spiritualities before landing here.
I've been in Anchorage for nearly a decade, after growing up in rural upstate New York. I became infatuated with a romantic young guy from Toronto, and knew that seeking a same-sex relationshiop was for me! It wasn't likely to happen in my village... a place with more dairy cows than people. So I gave myself permission to move to a city. Anchorage was the first to answer my call.
I love photography, travel, hiking, and camping- so Alaska has worked out really well for my passions. I look forward to making new friends here on the Forum!

I remember many years ago when you welcomed me to Anchorage.  It is good to have you in our community!  Oh, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!

I'm 20 years older than Oni oru moderator, but I just don't feel old.
A spiritual friend in Arizona says that years in multiples of eleven are good, indicating ascension and prosperity...

Welcome to the club. I havnt seen you post in a while. You had all sorts of very cool things to say. You should check out how the forum has grown some time. I would love to see you back.
