But to answer your question no it cant. Because they are not oggling the mans package while he is talking to them. It could be considered an intrusive or offensive question, or even just a good ice breaker. You see men react differently then women, and therefor a compleatly different set of rules aply to them.

Now if I was talking to a man and oogling his package I would expect to be punched for it. A man would still take offce to that...well depending on the situation of course. Like Mr. Sonic said, there i s a time and place for it. If you are at a strip club, then ya its acceptable to oogle a womens boobies...but if you are say at ... oh i dont know a Nunnary, it would be very rude to oogle a nudes mellons.

It only takes a bit of self control to look a women in the eyes while talking to him.

I know a women who if her and her husband are at a resturont eating, and a fine ass women walks by. If he husband keeps looking at her and pays attention to her (his wife not the fine as women) then it scores him booko brownie points. But if he looks at the other women she will cut off his sex life for a week.

Not because she gets jelious, but because of the simple sign of respect that her husband is showing her.

To say its ok for a man to stear at a women tits just cause they are in a 2 piece swimsuit, instead of looking in there eyes, because the boobs are well... right there.

is like saying
