Energy
« on: 2007, July 19, 07:20:37 am »
Due to some troubles that I can't resolve right away I have been finding myself increasingly with out energy. More and more so. Like it is being pulled out of me. For me it is odd cause normaly I am a magnite for energy and suck it in.

I know my Vicodin has a sleeping effect on me. But I dont take it as much as I should. It could be that I dont put enough food in my system through out the day to keep my energized.

I feel as though when I get home by body just compleatly shuts down and requirs a cat nap. Now with a little pushing you can get me up, and I may fight it "Dont disturb sleeping cats" But I would much prefer to be up and active.

There is not much activity I can do now, and it pisses me off to no extend. Even my yiff life has been effected. I mean come on now I am pretty much left to lay there and that's  it. No preasure on the knee, no over bending it. Ya that takes out about most of the positions out there.

I want to get out and do things and be active. Even just a walk. Though after an 8 hour day at work, and I know lots of you work more and harder, Cat is drained. There is so much stuff that I have going on after work even. That the days I do get to take a cat nap, I get complaites that I am not doing something.

I need to find a way to force myself to be active. Besides that Cat is developing a tummy *cries* and I dont want that.

So a rememedy. Maybe. Find a way to have lots and lots of yiff and then that will burn the calleries, and when you work out you are more energized, and it would get rid of my tummy. and then ya that will solf it...what do you guys think?
Glad to be of Service.

I suggest you take natural/organic herbs that can boost up and make your chi last longer. Sometimes ones body needs help from the earth (ewww, I sound like a damn hippy  :-X). Also, eating a healthy and balanced diet is essential to a happy and strong body. I see you mostly 24/7 and trust me, you don’t eat breakfast, you SOMETIMES (only if work provide food or me) have lunch, and as for dinner, well, that’s kinda jumpy. You eat junk food once you get home most of the time and get fully by that. So when supper arrives, you’re too full to it. So yeah, that’s my suggestion to you.

As crude as it sounds, Caffiene? Pretty decent stimulation with low side effects. Also exercise or some form of sport tends to give a fair bit of energy. I know after a couple hours of ultimate frisbee I'm energized and awake beyond belief.
Logic is a wonderful thing but doesn't always beat actual thought.
