I would have to say yes, simply because generally men who go through the complete process of becoming a woman due so because that's  who they really believe they are, and to think of them a still a man tend to find that a complete insult of their person.

You're thinking of transsexual, someone who feels their born biological sex doesn't match how they think.  A transvestite is just a man that likes dressing up in women's clothing, meaning sex between a transvestite and a woman would be straight sex because one is a man and the other is a woman.  It doesn't matter how they're dressed because mentally and physically, the man is male and the woman is female.

Whats more interesting is that a lot of those men who go through that are always afraid someone will find out they're not a natural born woman, theres quite a few who have no reason to tell anyone they're not because theres really no difference (visually).

Actually, in a lot of transexuals that I've seen, there are subtle differences between them and someone born of the same biological sex.  While not always the case, it just seems like body shape and facial structures can still give away that the person is a transexual.

True, but at a casual glance it will usuallly be chocked up to simply having masculan features, just as you might see in a natural born woman, and a male who ends up turning out with very feminen feautures. Though, im also speaking of those who go the whole nine yards, gender reassignment surgery, hormones, implants if needed, and facial feminization.

And I shoulda thought a bit more on that, the question that pops in my head was that of a transexual and not a    transvestite. XD

In that case I would personally have to say no, no longer lesbian sex. But it also depends on how people want to rantionalize it, people can look at on a stand point of outward appearance, biological, or some others. I look at it on a biological point because in the plain nitty gritty, its a female and a male having sex, regardless of what he wears.

In all honesty...I don't really think it matters. Sex is sex is sex. Its one of the things that makes me wonder why so many people want to draw a line around sex...
